Q: Why did my Photolight Frame come with 2 pieces of plastic on either side of the generic picture?
A: These plastic inserts are provided to protect your picture and to secure it better in the frame. The insert behind the picture enhances the lighting effect on the wall. (See Lighting effect)

Q: Can I put my picture in the Photolight Frame without the inserts?
A: Of course! Your picture will still look great in the frame by itself.

Q: Will the light cause my picture to fade?
A: Since the picture is backlit, the light will never cause fading.

Q: Can I use a brighter bulb than the one provided?
A: We recommend not using a bulb more than 7 watts. This is the standard for most nightlights. This particular bulb can be purchased almost anywhere light bulbs are sold.

Q: Can I leave my Photolight Frame on all the time?
A: Yes. Due to the low wattage, the bulb will not overheat and risk the possibility of fire.

Q: How do I clean my Photolight Frame?
A: Detach components, wash with soapy water, rinse, and let drip dry.
